I have three instances where a +3 happy cannot override +2Angry (which is great btw) however when it comes to this, I think the "Fine" moodlet from the vampire powers is not recognized as a "Positive" emotion and the game thinks that the moodlet was like other negative emotions that do not contribute to the overall positive emotion.
Sadly no, I am not using Meaningful Stories. I wanted to but not sure about how it would interact with that "emotionally mindful" and related stuff from snowy escape I decided to not use it for now. Also no idea how it would work with that vampire moodlet neither 0.o
