I use this website: https://www.random.org/integers/ you can define how many numbers you want (usually 1) and what the range is, in this case for my lottery it's from 1 to 222, and then just press Get Numbers and the virtual die has been cast.
I copy-pasted the nationalities from here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lists_of_people_by_nationality in my own file, and put helpful numbers every 20 so I can find the number faster. 'n that's really all there is to it.
Sometimes googling names can be a challenge, too! It really has become like a self-education game by now, I learn so many things.
