Do Some of Your Sims Bellies Change in Size Compared With a Past Pregnancy They Might of Had?

I've seen that when one sim has one kid that sometimes her belly is bigger than her second kid. No matter if she gained or lost weight, and she ended having only one baby each time. This has happene...

I haven't noticed if it varies from pregnancy to pregnancy but I have noticed after my sim has had two sets of twins that her belly didn't seem to get any bigger with the twins than with the singleton pregnancies.
