Does anyone know where to find this debug house?

@iraeshin That house is a live debug object from the university expansion. You can find it but typing in the cheat bar, bb.showliveeditobjects and even more if you also type in bb.showhiddenobjects. The objects are not labeled at all so the best thing I would do is select a pack while using those cheats otherwise, you'll be stuck shifting through the show all while the debug cheats are active.
