Downloaded a pregnant sim from the Gallery and she's not giving birth?

You have to wait until all of the trimesters are done.

She's in her third trimester, and pregnant with triplets..I know I'd have to wait but when I made my own sim pregnant (without downloading her as such) she had a timer on the Trimesters. This girl does not it's just ???.

When the 3rd trimester ends, labor can start at any time. Once labor starts, you can wait it out, send them to the hospital, or click on a bassinet to have your sim have the baby. It can take a couple sim days when the "???" shows up. Should just be a matter of time now.

Sometimes they glitch and get stuck. If you think that's the case click on her and direct her to hospital.

She might be glitched as someone said, also when they reach the third trimester it will say gives birth in ??? and can take an extra 3 days to go into labor. If the 3 days have passed try to click on her to send her to the hospital.

I'm actually really happy with the Gallery. It's really nice and cool to see what everyone makes and what everyone shares! (and those complaining about the cc content - it shows a wrench or a gear thing in the corner that tells you it uses cc :o)
Anyway, I'll give it a few days I guess then! I suppose my own sim just went right away then..I dunno.

I had a sim who wouldn't give birth once, she was in labor and everything, but she was homeless and was just visiting her boyfriend. I ended up having her move in and she gave birth soon after.

Did you try buying a crib to see if that would start something?

You may already know this, but if you just want a sim starting out pregnant, you can save a sim female of your own who's about ready to pop to the your library, and the next time you create a family, you can edit her, and make an entirely new pregnant sim. That is a cool benefit of CAS in this game, they keep the sim pregnant in CAS.

Click on the bassinet and if she is ready it will have the option to give birth.

Does anyone know how I can undo the pregnancy of the pregnant teen? If I downloaded her pregnant from the gallery.
