EA I BEGGETH OF YOU!

I dont know where the appropriate place to post this but SOMETHINGS GOTTA CHANGE!

EA PLEASE, please, I've tried everything... I've bought almost every expansion pack, game pack, stuff packs and kits on my xbox one. I've bought a pc just to play sims 4 and be able to use mods but i cannot download ANY of my previously bought add on's :( pls change this i cannot afford to buy all the packs again. PLEASEEEE i beg of you EA
