EA please stop festivals notifications in non festival worlds

Yes, it annoys me too, especially the City Living festivals that have those jingles/sound bites. I think they should limit these notifications to the relevant world(s).

Honestly, it should be a toggle, but I like the notifications. If nothing else, I can get rid of it and ignore it quickly. I think at least as a Sulani resident, the Sulani festivals should have an alert, too. I cannot ever seem to catch them without alerts. However, I like the alerts in general so I at least have to option to try to catch them.

If the notifications were dialed back, it would pretty well eliminate the feature entirely from my playthroughs because of the trouble it would take to attend.

Actually, I like getting the notices. I often have my Sim teens attend the festivals that came with CL. (And for some of the YAs/Adults, it can make a fun date, too.) One of these days I will send my Sim family for one of the festivals in Mt. Komorebi. I don't like apartment living, so since I do not have any Sims living there, I wouldn't know when the festivals were happening. A toggle would work. I can support that idea. I am of the firm belief players should have the choice. :)

I like the notices too, though I'd rather have them appear on the calendar as events (or both) I almost never get notifications about Sulani festivals, though. Even when I'm living there.

I'll rather have the notifications than not have them.

EA please DON'T stop the festival notifications. My Sims are not restricted to the world they happen to live in, they are free to travel to any of the residential worlds at any time, and therefore are interested in knowing what's happening in all those worlds.

Oh gosh you guys are about to nerf my festivals!!! I love traveling to different festivals with family and friends in other worlds. have no way of knowing without the notifications since I jump around a lot ??????
My invites are already gone. Please let me have the festivals.

The notifications don't bother me too much, they only pop up up in the corner so I just ignore them. I would rather have them there than not because otherwise I'd have no idea when a festival was happening and once in a while I might want a Sim to go.

I like the idea of festivals appearing on the calendar but people who don't own Seasons would be stuck without the information if it was changed. So I think it should be left the way it is.

The only thing that annoys me about these notifications is the fact that they forgot to add them for the Sulani festivals and I never know when they are happening.

I know there is a mod to add them in the game but I already have to many mods and I’m to keep it under control.
