This simply requires sims in a certain life state. If you wish to make a sim into an alien, you must use this cheat:
traits.equip_trait trait_OccultAlienTemplate:
Sims generated for this role are young adult or adult sims. They have Mixology skill on at least level 6 (usually 8).
They also have 1 to 3 random base game skills on levels 2 or 3 (usually 2).
They always have these traits: trait_OccultAlien, trait_OccultAlien_Current.
