In general I will probably place apartment lots everywhere around the various worlds.
This is what I wanted from an apartment based pack from the get-go.
Story related, this is perfect pack for my Olivia Banks sim.
Her story has been evolving over time as I have been playing out her life story.
Olivia lost her parents early in life (father while a child, mother right after Uni.). She inherited her mom's home and Clothing Boutique.
Her goal in life is to build a version of the dream home her mother was working towards. Unfortunately that property was bought and bulldozed by Foxbury University for an off-campus dorm. Her mother died shortly thereafter.

She will be moving into the living space over the Clothing Boutique and renting out her mom's home that she inherited.

Her savings will be used to buy a large property where she will rebuild her and her mom's dream house. When she has enough money, she will probably sell her mom's old house and invest in a multi-unit rental property. She will work on her dream home as the money comes in.
My third plan depends on how the apartment system works.
I would like to carve up Hogwarts castle and section off the common rooms as apartments. It depends on how it all works. If it's better than what I have now, I will go with it.
