Full circle <3

I know the feeling! I remember my first save where I thought I had ageing off for household that I wasn't actively playing. It turns out that I had ageing off for NPCs! One day, my first Sims daughter got the dreaded call that one of her mums had died. I moved the other mum in straight away after that!

Aww that is horrible :( I am watching her everyday, she is running out of that green area by aging, so I am a bit panicky. Always play with aging off, not too fond of the grim reaper. At least Denise will be my new Generation :)

Me neither, I usually play with aging off, but I must say that it completely changes the game. Most certainly makes it more interesting ;)

From beginning to the end. I personally play vampires, but I regularly see how my (adopted) moral children grow up, get married, have their own kids and then, eventually pass away.

I need to play a vampire for a bit longer than what I usually do, I am sure they will be fun if I don't keep restarting LOL

Thank you for commenting @Aunza <3 Yeah its pretty sad, I have actually not loaded my game again since last night. I am busy attempting to make baby shoes, so will pull up the courage to load it again soon, but gosh it broke my heart last night, never had a toddler mourn before :(

I don't know how people can stand to play with aging on. Pretty much everyone I've ever known died young, so I can't deal with death in the game at all! My Sims will live forever and ever and ever and ever!

I'm glad she got to see Denise become a toddler. <3

I play with aging on, but there are certain Sims who really get in my heart and I am sad that they died, but it is at it is (and I want it that way, otherwise I would turn aging off). But knowing that in Sims, opposed to real life, there are certain methods to keep them alive for longer or make them come back in different ways makes it a little easier, so I rarely use those methods.

I must say it definitely changed my gameplay and also how I feel about a save game. Usually I would not think twice about starting over with a new sim, but somehow I feel tied to this family more so than other games. I might avoid the reviving and so on as well, just carry on with the game as per usual ;)

Oh my gosh I do rememeber that, it was such a happy occasion if a sim died platinum mood. Nope with sims 4 I thought it was quite dramatic. She got out of bed, made a sad look and then dropped to the floor, reached her hand out as if to say help me and then plopped down in the fetal position dead. Grimmy then appeared and she became like mist and changed to an urn.

I had something similar recently. The sim I started my current save with in January of 2019 died a few weeks ago. She had 9 children, 16 grandchildren and her first great grandchild had been born but they never met.

Wow that is a loooooong life she had. Sorry for your loss, but she had a good life by the sounds of it. Amira only got to see one grandchild as a toddler.
