Furniture disappearing from game!

I've noticed that on lots I've just built and even ones I'm playing, objects will just disappear! I was playing a restaurant and had some sims sit at a table then give it up and the booth then disappeared! So it's not a situation where I deleted the files from the game. What is going on? Also noticed it in some of my neighbourhood lots as well! Only seems to be CC.

    Hi @DeadFishy is the NAP Sharing Is Caring active in that neighborhood? (the neighborhood where the restaurant or other affected lots are located)
    Click a mailbox in that neighborhood to see.

    (this is only if you have Eco Lifestyle)

    Sharing is Caring would be my best bet too. It causes all sims to be kleptomaniacs and at least in my game they go for surfaces mostly.
