Gamechangers that "should" know what not to do in a build

This is what I have found with Game-changers making the builds for packs: Almost all of them are buggy, or have obvious flaws that someone who has played the game for a long time should instinctively know.

I think, so far, there are only two lots total of all Official game-changer built lots I have used so far: James' starter home in Snowy Escape is absolutely great, but it is kept very simple on purpose, and Deli's Onsen.

Some examples that show what I am talking about:

The pub in the new pack (don't remember the name of the builder, I don't follow him on the 'Tube): A kitchen in a bar? Seriously? EVERYONE should know that is a no-no. It's almost as weird a mistake as putting in double bars or something.

Lilsimsies houses in Snowy Escape (especially the house in the town): VERY badly laid out, tons of inaccessible platforms that makes an already cramped house even more so due to literally wasting space.

The "Crane" house in Eco Living where the ceiling lamp over the bed makes it unusable. That is an actual Rookie Mistake.

I must say that several of the Game-changers have made me realize they are not good builders. At all. They make PRETTY builds, but even when using strict rules set by EA they manage to break builds. It's like the difference IRL between an actual Architect and an "Interior Designer". One is capable of planning an efficient well-planned building, the other make cool-looking accent walls.
