Geek-Festival in a thunderstorm
Perhaps it would be a good idea if the computers and motion gaming rigs at the Geek-Con would get a roof. My 2 grown up sims were at the Geek-Festival when suddenly a thunderstorm started. Result:...

My Sims couple also did so ... once (although they were not on a date, but just took regularly part in the festival -> their participation in Hackathon or gaming challenge was required to make the event a success).
Unfortunately, my second Sim not only seems to have a fear of Thunderstorms (she always gets tense when they happen, even at home), but also her umbrella broke in the weather and she became soaked to the bones due to the heavy rain ,,, so she decidedly was not in the mood for another round of rocket Woohoo :smiley:
Therefore I decided to let them return home early

A part of me agrees. After all in real life there often are festivals that get canceled or cut short due to the weather.
Another part of me thinks that preparing for not so good weather would be a realistic expectation for organizers of a festival that takes place in fall
