Help </3

Hi! I've been an avid sims player for the longest time and never had this problem. 

In the sims 4 I've been playing with enchanted by nature! I've been having fun. Now, about a week ago, ever since I clicked on my family from manage worlds  in innisgreen, my game crashes. It's been so sad, because I can play other familes, but I can't play them. I've removed mods, updated mods, repaired the game, and nothing. Is all lost? 

Try evicting the family, then test by moving them into another home, and see if the same issue occurs.

can I move them back though?

If there is no issues with loading the household when they have moved to a new home, then test by evicting them from the new home and moving them back to their original home. Then see if the issue still remain. This will test to see if there may be/or may not be an issue with the original home.

To make sure it happens on a vanilla game, Please try the following

• Close the game
• Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
• Repair the game
• Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
• Close the game
• Copy the save game with the error from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to the new Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
• Start your save game
• Check if you still have the error and if you do, try the double load again.
• Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

That said, there's a known crashing issue for Innisgreen so if the game continues to crash with this state, could you please provide the following info. Best is if you upload all the files to google or onedrive and post the link here 

• Any new lastCrash.txt files
• Your save game
• Your Computer's DxDiag?
  • Press Windows-Key + R
  • Type: DxDiag
  •  Click on Save all Information.
  • Attach the Text File to your post
