Help! My sims aren’t allowed to leave their house and i can’t save!!

I've had that happen or they came and got stuck if resetting doesn't work all you can is exit to main menu, sometimes it gets glitched so you have to save before you do it just in case.

Yeah, I would say the same. It happened to me too and I didn't have any other choice than to turn off the game without saving. As @RedDestiny92 said, save the game before you do something like that. Or I don't know any other solution. o.O

Now and then you have to just exit without saving. I've had it where the grim reaper couldn't get to a body... no door. That was completely my fault there... And recently I had a glitch or something while trying to place a lot where it grayed out. Best to save now and then while playing your game or if you do anything major for sure cause that stuff happens now and then.
