How do you redownload a sims 4 expansion pack?

Come out of the game. Log out of origin. Then log back in again.
Click the sims 4 picture in Origin. Click the little "i" button that is next to the play button. That will take you to a screen that shows you what game packs, stuff packs and eps you own. Go to the EP pack section, and you will find the EP there. Hover your mouse over it and check to see if it says to download it . If the button says " download", then you can then download/install it there.
If it says " play" , the press the button and launch the game from there. Then test to see if the GTW items are there.

If the issue still remains and the GTW items aren't there , repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

I am having trouble with my new Jungle Adventures expansion pack. My Sims went to the jungle and are staying in a cabin, but when I try to "Travel" with the phones, the screen takes me to the world view, but won't let me choose a destination. Am I doing something wrong?

i'm having the same issue, I an currently reinstalling sims 4 but some of the expansion packs didn't finish installing, and there is no "i" next to the play button, and the download bar in origin is missing. i have rebooted the computer and nothing seems to restart the download process. any suggestions??

The interface of Origin has been updated since this thread was started, and now looks different.
Log into Origin, click on the Games Library section, then click on the sims 4 picture. A new screen will open.Then click on the expansion, game and stuff packs buttons that are half way down the page. They will shows you what game packs, stuff packs and eps you own and if they are installed or need to be downloaded. You can then download/install them there,

Had the same problem a couple of days ago when installing the game on my laptop. 3 stuff packs were missing and I couldn't find anything to click on. I just started the game and got a message that the missing packs were being installed.

I hope the advice from rosemow and simgirl1010 helped with the issue @hkdsass :)
