How long for Evergreen Harbor to change?

Now I know someone has the answer to this ? I’ve read all the sims sites and it doesn’t say.

If you mean the NAPs the change thr surrounding area. I think about a week or 2. I don't actually know since I haven't actually lived in Evergreen Harbor that much but I did have npc voting allowed and in my current save two of the hoods have changed and by that point I had only played for 2 sim weeks.

ok thank you! i voted for modernization, green initiatives, and clean energy, plus made sure all lots have eco stuff like solar panels. I just wanted to know because i don't actually play the game but want to take screenshots of my sims in a green town.

If you enact the NAP I believe it takes a sim week to get the full effect :)
