In the US there are some universities where low grades don't make much of a difference when it comes down to acceptance, also all 2 year colleges accept anybody regardless of their grades.
wow. I guess that makes all our unis prestigious.
If you don't get high enough marks to get in, you have to go the long way, attend a senior school, do year 13, try again. Or attend TAFE, use it as a stepping stone. Or do a bridging course.
In Australia, technical and further education aka TAFE is like a cross between community college and trade school.
Each country has it's own way of doing things. For many of us, the way the US does things is very alien. - I don't really mind how they do it I just hope they make it soon!!
- Bettyboop557 years agoSeasoned AceIt's part of the university experience being on a campus. For that to work with a game using loading screens you need a separate world.
- Considering I hope that if we get this EP it's an overhaul of the education/schooling system, I really want my sims to be able to live at home while going to school. Maybe have the worlds more like vacation spots, so you have to pay for your semester but eventually you go back. That way the rest of the family isn't just stuck in time either.
I also really want like post-grad classes and night school. Most people I know don't just get their BA or BS and hop into the workforce. - > @CAITLINX354 said:

oh no I meant Bachelor of Science not the swear! smh - I'd like to have it similar to Sims 2 where we had a choice of different universities and they should be able to attend university at any age (Teen to Elder)

Sure, for classes and socialising, but then you go home at the end of the day."CAITLINX354;c-16654548" wrote:

Yep, being able to live at home is more realistic for many players outside of the US.
And as you've pointed out, you can continue to play with the rest of their family.
There are a lot of people who have kids, and still attend uni irl, so why can't this be included as an option in the game? Let your sims live at home, or send them to live on campus, we need the option of choices.
