How to change star rating?

I am setting up a template save and it doesn't make sense that these restaurants are only one star for the story I've made for the owners. One example is a sim who got rich over his experimental food restaurant's booming success. I'm willing to use a mod if needed. Is there a way to change the rating without running it?

    I'm not sure about the star rating but Carl's has cheats where you can add the perks and that would at least make the restaurant a better one. I hope it helps some:

    But can you add them into a restaurant that you don't own?

    Yeah, I've seen them, and I will add some of them in probably. Same with vet clinics, because one of them is supposed to be top of the line. I'm not overly concerned with unowned restaurants because you don't really see those star ratings anyway.
