I want my sim to stop being happy.

I'm trying to make my sim angry to reasurch the Angry emotion for the acting career and my sim is too happy to be angry. Is there a cheat or something to stop being happy?

Are interested in mods? There is a mod to remove the happy-buff that comes from placing decorations on your sims lot.
