Is a "First Person" view/camera/perspective available on the PC version?

So, I was looking at some YouTube videos posted of Sims4 content when I see people toggling in and out of first person perspective and shifting from Sim to Sim.
AMAZING!
"Why can't I do that?"
Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I'm missing?

Yes first person view is on the pc version. To go in and out of it, you press shift+tab.

Here are the controls:
Shift + Tab = Toggle first person mode
Ctrl = Recenter camera
Shift = Enable mouse cursor

@fruitsbasket101 & @MMX, Thank you both for responding so quickly.
I was satisfied to see my character sitting across the table from me slurping a bowl of cereal. This makes the game so much more personal; it really does add a whole new dimension to the game.
