Is this the correct cheat to restart the Strangerville mystery?

I had one sim already complete the Strangerville mystery, so things are pretty normal around the town. But I have another sim in a different household that I have been having her slowly complete the different aspirations. I've decided I would like for this sim to solve this mystery. Is this the correct cheat to reactivate the mystery? Will I have to have my sim in Strangerville when I enter the cheat, or will it work regardless of whatever town they are currently in?
