I do, but interactions in Sims 4 are ruled by a base score and an emotional score. This interaction have a 5 base score to appear (that's an high score from my observations of the other interactions) and a 0 score on all the emotional state. I tried to tweak other interactions in the past, but the result can be quite unpredictable when you turn on the autonomy so it's hard to test a mod for this purpose, because it seems like the emotional score rules the success percent of the interaction too. It can result, for example, in the impossibility to marry. I'll try when I have time to test it anyway. For instance I don't know a way to make so that only a sim with a certain trait have an high chance to refuse marriage, but I can make so that an angry, sad, or uncomfortable sim will always call off the wedding.
