I am amazed by the number of titles you can use for people performing magic. I play the game in Dutch and there are very few alternatives to wizard. The official Dutch sims website talks about 'tovenaars', most commonly translated as wizards. So I might be playing with wizards after all. :D
But to be honest, if we can choose the magic branch of our sim, choose perks and even decide if they use a wand or not, there seems to be room to customize spellcasters to fit the sort of magical person we want them to be.
