When eating microwave meals do you ever NOT get a bad moodlet?

Microwaves MUST be upgraded completely to avoid this. I didn't even buy microwaves for my Sims due to the bad "cold in the middle" moodlet. When I got insta upgrade for my Sim through the aspiration I tried it on a microwave and it fixed it completely.
