My Sim Got Poisoned... By poisonous ghost's belch...

Until today I thought that sims who die by poison only has the poison cloud effect and that's it.
But today when I sent my sim to the graveyard, he randomly got poisoned. I thought it was because of spider attack (he lives in an apartment with Creepy Crawlies trait), but when I hovered over the moodlet, it showed that it was caused by poisonous ghost's belch. My sim didn't even interact with the ghost. He was just near her.
Ok then. My sim was able to fend off the poison, but that really surprised me. It seems like sims who die by poison may poison other sims, but it doesn't happen often. Just sharing my discovery.

    There is actually a difference. Sims who belch emit green mist out of their mouth. Sims who do the poison belch emit yellowish green mist with some magical sounds.

    If you want to test it out, I'd recommend doing the following:
    1. Have a sim die by poison.
    2. Surround that sim's grave with at least 7 sims.
    3. Add the ghost to the household with testingcheats. Just shift-click on the gravestone/urn and choose Add to Household.
    4. Wait for sometime. Keep an eye on every sim's moodlets and on sims themselves.
