No mod i know allows this. Usually it gives an error when a sim is already married
This happend sometimes after Dine Out came out. Sims were married to more then one sim after dining out with another sim even with hardly a relationship. This was fixed with a Patch within a month but it's possible it could have returned with the Get Famous Pack.

That clears all marriages though so both would be cleared.
