Its probably wrong and cruel but I've downloaded MCCC just for that reason. I love the vampires, but some of my saves do not include them so in those saves, I use MCCC to turn all the vamps human :D It also has a setting that allows you to tell the game how many vamps you want in your world. It doesn't affect ones that are already in the world (which is why I use the 'turn human' option.) so I set it to -1 and then turn the existing ones human. Then when Vladaslaus visits he's destined to stand at the door outside and dream about those distant days when he could break in and bite necks :D

Unless you have some mod, they just go used as a snack. The vampire broke in while they were sleeping and drank their fill.
