If you are playing in that $13,000 starter home in Oasis Springs, there is no bedroom door. They will wake up every time if the TV , stereo, or if a friend is playing an instrument. If there is a bedroom door, my sim don't wake up as long as a radio or TV is not in the bedroom.
If they live in an open floor plan house where the bathroom is the only thing with a door, they will wake up also.
I try to remember to turn off everything before they go to bed :p
