Pets refusing "lay down" pet bed command
I searched in here and didn't find any helpful posts so I'm posting it myself.
Right now I'm using the Climate family and house that was uploaded to the gallery from the you tube videos.
My sim's pets usually lay in the beds when they were told to by their owners. It works in my other houses or it did the last time I played them though there are times where they also refuse but I would move the beds and they would lay down.
I just had a family go on a jungle vacation with their dog and he slept on the couches on his own, but that's because I forgot to bring a pet bed along.
No matter where I put a pet bed Bo from the Climate family won't sleep in it at all. I know my sim's dog is tired because I just woke him up from sleeping outside in the freezing cold. I don't want him to freeze to death.
I'm constantly having my sim tell Bo to go to bed and then he gives a disappointed reaction because the dog won't lay down. The dog just looks at the bed with curiosity and sits down on the floor or stands there. Then I go into buy mode, move the bed and go back to playing just to have the same result. I've moved the bed and rotated it. I know it doesn't have to do with things being in the way because I've put the pet bed in the middle of the room with nothing around it at all and it still occurs.
I have little issue with them sleeping on the couches, I'm not a fan of it, but it'll do if they sleep. I just think this pet bed thing is irritating especially when they get a whim to buy a pet bed and I know it won't be used.
He's refused other commands too, but I don't remember what they were.
I'm not saying that he's the only one who refuses he's just the first of my pets to completely refuse.
