I bought both of the two new kits today, but only the Basement Kit was available for download. The EA app doesn't show my Greenhouse kit. I can't find any way to download it. I searched through EA help and tried a couple of suggestions, but with no luck. My Sims 4 game is through Steam and it shows I own both kits, but there's no way to download my missing kit through Steam. It shows I own it, but only says "download to use." I tried uninstalling the EA app and reinstalling Origin, but I wasn't allowed to use Origin anymore. I had to reinstall the EA App. Clearing the EA cache didn't work. Restarting the EA app, Steam, and Sims 4 game didn't help either.Any ideas how I can get my missing greenhouse kit installed? Do I have to contact EA? So frustrating. This happened the last time I purchased DLC for this game too. EDIT: Greenhouse, not Garden

Have you tried opening the EA app, clicking on the sims 4, then manage downloads? It could be under there. I learned my lesson to only buy one at a time and install it before buying the next one. The app seems to move the install method around a lot.

@DragonAge_300905 Thank you, but I checked Download Manager and Manage Add-ons both several times. Nothing under Downloads. And under Add-ons, Greenhouse Haven isn't listed, only Basement Treasures. The EA app doesn't recognize that I own Greenhouse Haven even though it's listed as purchased on my EA Account Purchase History. and I was sent a confirmation email when I bought it. Still no response from the email I sent EA Help. I guess I'll have to contact them again. @DragonAge_300905 I think you're right about only buying one kit at a time and installing it before purchasing another. When I bought Greenhouse Haven through the app, I thought I'd be able to add Basement Treasures and buy both together, but I didn't get the option. Honestly, I'm beginning to regret purchasing these kits. I own every pack and kit for The Sims 4, and I've been a loyal customer. I never had these issues until the EA App replaced Origin. I'm sorry to hear that. That's what happened to me when I bought growing together. I got the confirmation email and being impatient I bought it again. When I talked to EA chat and sent them the emails as proof, they reinversed me for the cost of one copy. I would suggest talking to EA in chat, the wait usually isn't very long. I understand your rant, I have been there many times with the app.

@DragonAge_300905 I opened a case on the EA Help site yesterday, wrote again today, but haven't heard anything. If I don't get a response by later tonight or tomorrow morning, I'll try the chat option. Thanks for the suggestion. ?

I haven't heard back on case either--I had to download origin and have origin install the kits (even though the whole time it says must use EA App in front of it) and then once it did that I deleted/switched back to EA app. They showed up in game fine...app still shows not purchased but that's clearly the app's issue.

@ashcrash19 Thank you! Glad you found a workaround. That's funny about Origin VS EA App. I tried using Origin but couldn't get around that EA Popup. You must have the magic touch! ?

Lol! It still had the pop up but I could see in the background it was installing the kits. So strange!

I guess it’s a good thing I always buy my packs separately. I’m glad I haven’t had a problem yet. I’m so computer illiterate these days, I simply wouldn’t know what to do.

E-mail always takes the longest when you're trying to contact support (not just EA). It's like they only have one day out of the week and one person responding to e-mails. Always use the Chat option if you can.

EA Cade I think might have helped you over there or forwarded the message to someone else. I've seen it done before for others.
