No worries.
It's an extensive list, however it's not exhaustive. There are still Skills/Worlds/Occults/Traits etc that aren't taken into account for goals at all.
Examples I noticed were missing:
• Baking skill (not included in Max Cooking goal, at least visibly)
• Child of the Village/Ocean/Island (all cultural traits)
• Vacations to Sixam (you could camp via BG camp bed)
• Treehouse WooHoo
Most Sims will get goals from the same main bulk of the list that everyone has access to, and about 2/3 might get something Trait/Occult related. Family Goals are also contextual and vary by Sim. You won't see one to Get Married if you already are, for example.
