DYNASTY PERKS
Dynasty Perks can bought by the Dynasty Head after gaining some Dynasty Points. These are gained by levelling up the Prestige (Star Level) of your Dynasty, as you get a set amount of points to spend at each level. You can also lose Perks if your Dynasty Prestige degrades, whether through inactivity (toggleable in Pack Options) or through Member actions not aligning with the Dynasty Values.

Available Perks
Perks tend to fall into three general categories: Boosts to existing interactions, new interactions/abilities and permanent, inheritable bloodline traits. Several have three Tiers (labelled 1-3) that unlock at varying Prestige levels. There are thirty-one to pick from:
Grade Boost 1-3
Requires Prestige Level 1-3
All Students (Grade School, High School and University) will progress their grades faster.
Nepotism 1-3
Requires Prestige Level 1-3
Dynasty Members will progress their career performance faster, allowing them to get promoted sooner.
(notes - An automatic/hands-off form of nepotism, if you prefer a more cultivated approach, you might like Arrange Promotion more. This one benefits all Dynasty Members, even those who may be out of favour, like Outcasts).
Tutor
Requires Prestige Level 2
Dynasty Members can hire a Tutor via Hire a Service in the Phone. The Tutor is a highly skilled Sim who will help Children and Teens with their homework, and can mentor any Household Sim on their Skills.
(notes - This unlocks a new Service Sim under the Service menu in the Phone. This Service means you don't have to know a highly-skilled Sim, or go to a venue/rabbithole to learn a skill, but can have a Sim come to you instead. I can see this being handy for Historical saves - Tutors/Governesses - combined with a method to quit school. Another use I see for this is for Sims with the "Highly-Skilled" Turn-on to find Sims they might fancy. Spawning them through Dynasties with the Perk could also be handy to get skilled Mentors for more niche skills when trying to find Lecturer employees in B&H.)
Market Manipulator
Requires Prestige Level 2
Dynasty Members will have a new interaction available on the computer which allows them to increase the values of their stocks.
(notes - This is related to the new (individual) Investment Accounts that any Sim can open with a 1,000 deposit. I tested this on Thiago after depositing 50k and he got just over 10k from it. I used that to top up Cordelia's account to 50k too, and she also got just over 10k when doing it, so it seems to be a solid 20% of base funds with each use. It does have a cooldown after use, but I didn't check how long it was.)
Arrange Promotion
Requires Prestige Level 3
The Head of the Dynasty will be able to arrange a promotion for any Dynasty member by using this Phone interaction.
(notes - A more manual/hands-on form of Nepotism, if you prefer that route, or can be used in addition to Nepotism boosts. The benefit of this one is that you can pick and choose who to bestow the favour on).
Respected Head 1-3
Requires Prestige Level 1-3
The Dynasty Head will have more success with Encourage interactions towards other Dynasty Members.
(notes - This helps with shaping how Dynasty Members develop, but is probably more useful when you have Dynasty Sims outside of the Head's household, as you can already control those within in it. More niche uses: when playing in a hand-off way such as during an ISBI Challenge, or when only raising kids through parent/guardian interactions instead of controlling them directly.)
Discrete 1-3
Requires Prestige Level 1-3
Dynasty Members will have a higher chance to find other Sims Secrets, experience shorter Scandals and have a reduction in the fees of the Information Broker.
(notes - This is great for anyone as Scandals decrease your Prestige. Particularly great for any Sim that has reasons, or desire, to be trading information, like Extortionists, Secret Agents, Reporters, Gossip Bloggers, Historical gameplay Spies, etc. Could also be nice to have for Sims in the Noble Advisor role, as it makes them more able to do their jobs).
Gracious Host 1-3
Requires Prestige Level 1-3
Dynasty Members will have an easier time reaching Gold in Social Events.
(notes - Perfect for Socialites, Party Animals, Dating, Career or Fame events with "medal metres" and for any Sim working on Charisma as hosting Gold level Events gives a massive chunk of Charisma XP).
Easier Alliances 1-3
Requires Prestige Level 2-4
The Dynasty Head will have an increased chance of success when asking the Head of another Dynasty to form an Alliance.
(note - You can also be asked for an Alliance by NPC Dynasty heads if your Dynasties have Ideals in common, I don't know if this Perk would affect the chance of that though).
Matchmaker 1-3
Requires Prestige Level 2-4
Dynasty Members will have an easier time building Romantic Relationships, a better chance of success on Asking for Marriage Blessing or Asking for Hand in Marriage, and an increased Prestige from getting Married.
(note - I think most use of this will come in Dynasties with the Passionate Ideal, or those that believe in marrying for love over status. While this has some use for families that wish to climb the ranks through marriage, it's not the only option as Sims seem to give blessing/permission easily if you are Good/Best friends with them. Saying that, it could be handy if you aren't close to your intended's family members. Having this Perk gives weddings more weight due to the Dynasty Perks it could give/help towards, great motivation if you tend to forget to marry your Sims.)
Friends in High Places 1-3
Requires Prestige Level 2-4
All Dynasty Members will have build friendships faster and those relationships will decay slower.
Mental/Social/Physical/Creative Affinity
Requires Prestige Level 3
Babies born to Dynasty Members while this Perk is active will gain the Mental/Social/Physical/Creative Affinity Level 1 Trait, and will build associated Skills faster. Sims with the Level 1 Affinity Traits will produce children with Level 2 Affinity Traits, who will build associated Skills faster and produce Higher Quality items/have more successful Social outcomes. Their children will be born with Affinity Level 3 Traits which increase the bonuses even more!
(note - These are 4 separate skill-boosting, inheritable, bloodline Traits that essential produce kids with "good breeding" over the generations of your Dynasty. I don't think this will work on Adopted kids, but should work on Science Babies. I need to test this).
