Question about lots with multiple retail stores

Do you plan on having a sim own the retail lot? I haven't played one without having a sim (a nonplayable that I created) own it. But then you're limited to how many sims you can hire to work for you, unless you get more perks to hire more.

As for the food stalls, they do not auto populate (or at least not for me). I use a mod by Little Ms Sam to hire vendors for free, and they will come and open the stalls.

I wasn't planning on having a Sim own it. But that's something I didn't think about. Thanks also for telling me about Little Ms Sam's mod. I forgot about that too.

That's ok, I think I'll place a multi retail lot from the gallery and see what happens. That way I won't waste time creating my own while I find out.
