Random Likes/Dislikes on Clients are Contradictory (Bug? Oversight?)

Yeah, they are completely random. In English Simmer's video Tina Tinker disliked handiness :|
So if you want anything make sense, you'll have to apply likes and dislikes to all townies that matters to you. Which is a bummer. I personally don't mind micromanaging, but it will be tedious...
