Random Likes/Dislikes on Clients are Contradictory (Bug? Oversight?)

Hey, So I was watching DrGluon's stream of the pack today and apart from all the bugs, this happened. https://i.imgur.com/BCudfwT.jpg They said likes and dislikes will be randomly assigned ...

And if I want a new clean save? I will have to re-assign likes and dislikes to the whole save again?!
