Refund for Bundles

Hi,

I'm in the UK, and my child had asked for some Sims 4, it would seem that she now has a Teen account and it seems she needs the purchase the bundles herself and they are not transferable from my account. Is it possible to get a refund for the bundles bought on my account, so we can purchase them from her Teen account. Also I see on her teen account the email is some randomized email. It's not possible to reset the email address, as it attempts to send an email to the random email address for you to confirm the change.
