Resizable walls, doors, windows, and sofas in terms of length, width and shapes?

Is it just me or does anyone else think that resizable doors, walls, windows and sofas in the Sims 4 should be implemented, right? I don't know about you guys, but that would definitely benefit me a lot in build mode. For example archways in the build mode. It would be better to have a resizable length so you can have the freedom on how long you want the archway to reach. Also, the walls where you can adjust its width would be so much better than just creating one tiled room to fill the gaps. The freedom to resize the windows and doors' length. Freedom to change sofas' shapes and sizes.
