I tried this, and it wasn't very satisfying. You can't use the whiteboard to teach romance. In order to teach charisma (the closest I could come), I had to put up mirrors, and the clients interacted with those instead of each other. No couples came to my Sim's home office. But some of the suggestions above might help.
Thank you! I desided to give it a go! I might build a lounge to make some ticket sale money, then have the office for my romance consultant in a room in the back. If the consultant business itself goes a bit meh, I can still preten and make income from the lounge/club. And other sims can visit the lounge, and if the owner is assigned some tasks I guess s/he will be around to talk to, the least.
