Seasons Food Stall Vendors & Lot Changes Per Season

Question

So are the food stalls meant to automatically have vendors on community lots, or am I going to have to hire one every time?

Also, is there a way to set a lot to change each season with build mode cheats? Or will I have to manually change the decor if I want it to go from say Christmas theme to Spring?

If you place them you need to hire a vendor. When they spawn they will be tended

I thought about this question too. Is there anyway of using MCC to get a vendor or do I always have to hire one? :)

They have vendors. They just need some time to show up.
