Sentiments and Lifestyles on already created Sims?

Ya, I'm hoping this new Lifestyles and Sentiments feature is a base game addition, if not let's hope base game got some kind of personality/emotions update.

Well specially made indoor slippers are good. Most people wear socks indoors.
Even at rather expensive parties, as long as they're in private homes. It's easy to spot (without any other clues) if it's a Swedish movie if the coctail party at new years involves women in expensive dresses standing on the balcony in just their stocking-covered feet, no heels (left at the door).

Also, if the devs actually put this BASE GAME FUNCTIONALITY behind the paywall of an expansion pack it's a super greedy move.

There likely will be a way to cheat lifestyles onto already existing Sims, similar to how you can add the Parenthood traits on YA+ Sims who didn't benefit from that pack when growing up. I'll have to see what the lifestyles are, then decide which existing Sims will get those.

I mentioned in another post that maybe they're testing Lifestyles and Sentiments in this pack to see if they make a difference, and if they do they'll roll them out to the rest of the players. I think that they'd have to patch them into base game anyway if they want to expand on them in the future with new pack content, so it's just a matter of making them accessible to everyone.

I think it might be a new lot trait.

I wish existing sims could visit a shrink to get their new sentiments and what not :) Then simmers who play 300+ sims would gain full control...
