Show us your Pride!

One of my favorite sims is a nonbinary bi, but I've never thought about celebrating pride in the sims! They do have some rainbow décor though...

I always kind of thought in my head that in the sims world, there never were any pride parades, or any fights for the right to marry, or homophobia or anything like that. In my head LGBTQ+ sims always had these rights, the same as everyone else, though I guess that isn't necessarily the case. The world of the Sims is in the eye of the player ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I like to think these two sims got married during Pride month. Here they are celebrating their anniversary:

Many feel that gender preference is a private thing, so perhaps that is why there have been no posts. In my universe there are many types of normal and the whole LGBT thing is just another flavor of normal. So, I don't feel inclined to celebrate something I think is normal :) But anyway, here is my most recent "flavor" shot:

I...had killed Caleb, so he and Don had to get re-married.

My legacy founders were two women so this month definitely has me thinking back on them. It's been quite a few generations so they're long gone but their ghosts still technically exist. They've definitely had a few grandchildren and great-grandchildren (AND soon-to-be great-great-grandchildren) follow in their footsteps, so to speak. This week Cassandra Goth also finally married her girlfriend, Jade! This month has also led to some fun pride-themed CC too for people who use CC.

Oh and an older pic of one of the heckings...I remember changing their names but I think this is Brant? Entertaining all their adopted kidlets while Brent sleeps in. The nerve :p

Just a piece of life for me I care about all my sims equally..even the bad ones, but I did go digging for my favorite pics just for this thread.
