Yeah, I've seen that one before. It happened a couple of times when one of the sims in a couple proposed to the other too soon after officially becoming boyfriend/girlfriend, boyfriend/boyfriend, etc.
Edit: I mean that I've seen these before the Neighborhood Stories thing was even announced, in case anyone wonders if it's part of that.
