Sims are Hysterical or Very Playful Since Laundry Day Launch

My Sims are nearly always very playful or hysterical since the launch of the Laundry Day Stuffpack. I do have a washer and dryer in my Sim's house, could this be a bug? Is this happening to anyone els...

Haven't seen either an excess of Playful or a Hysterical moodlet in my Sims. Actually my Sim keeps getting Sad because the clothes don't dry properly so she gets the Damp Clothes moodlet a lot. Not sure if she has enough Handiness to upgrade the dryer to get rid of the problem.
