Sims are Hysterical or Very Playful Since Laundry Day Launch

My Sims are nearly always very playful or hysterical since the launch of the Laundry Day Stuffpack. I do have a washer and dryer in my Sim's house, could this be a bug? Is this happening to anyone els...

I have noticed this too - not sure when it started though - sims go real fast for no reason to very playful/hysterical. It is concerning because sims can die from this.
