Sims don't do snowboarding and skiing club activities

I know that club activities will be done off-lot only when the lot is the only one in the current neighborhood. For example, sims will wander in the maze in Von Haunt Estate.
Though I do wish that these activities in the title were done too. After all, these can only be done off-lot.

I find clubs to be a hit or a mess in general. For example, i had a failed knitting club where no one even attempted to knit anything but for my sim who was the only one doing the assigned activity.
