So many colors for solid color wall paint, but no black?

Seriously, the basic paint wall pattern has several entries with nearly all the colors one would want, except black. How does one build a decent home for a Stormtrooper without that? HM?! Seriously...

Yeah, I know, right? Even the black tiles for roof patterns look brown in the daylight. So weird.

Plus the not quite black, but near black, black for all clothing.
