Stuff from Sims Freeplay that we've been asking for in TS4

Grocery stores

Just adding those crates and display boxes for produce would be enough. Then you can make your own grocery stores with retail, if you own GTW. You can add multiple fruit/veg etc to the slots in the crates, updating the mesh to make the crate look more full/empty.

I find that retail stores are quite limited in how we can decorate them. There aren't enough versatile displays, pretty decals (lights, wall sculptures etc), sculptures and miscellaneous decor (ex. the cookie display from GT). For an iteration that puts so much emphasis on being influencers and fashionistas, there aren't many fashion retail objects, and I find it difficult to decorate unique bakeries, since the options are so limited for the interior.

There are so many things just in this picture that I want. Milkshakes, more cakes for birthdays (and weddings), party packets with sweets (could function similarly to lunch bags, but more colourful) and adorable party decor.

The freeplay sims looks terrifying but im in love with the baby showers!!

I used to play Sims free play and I completely agree with you the stuff on there is so much better I thought when the grocery store was updated I wish Sims 4 had this plus the baby crawling it's so good stop playing because was fed up waiting real time

If only they made similar game but instead of freemium game, they put an upfront cost and ditched any kind of microtransaction then ill be happy.

While The Sims Freeplay does have many awesome things, my love towards it started fading when they started to do these global timed events where sims have to craft things to unlock new things, essentially creating sweatshops unless you are willing to pay money. The first time it happened it was interesting. I was able to complete it all thanks to a glitch. Then came another one and the glitch was patched out. Then another and another and another and another and so on. I even recreated my sims there in the main series to "free them from sweat shops" and to have them "experience new things" (other jobs, university, deaths besides old age etc).

The sims freeplay may have many nice things that i'ld be fine to have in the sims 4, but the game itself is ... well, bad. Just bad.

Right now on the spa front, i'd settle for sims to stop fighting over massage therapists and those therapists to remain with one sim until the massage is complete. same with reflexologists.

it would also be nice if when the yoga instructor says there is a class that there is a reasonable time frame for sims to reach the instructor before any doors close, in addition to the range from the yoga training mat to include more than just 4 yoga mats so 6 sims can learn from the instructor.

Either of the steamers have issues with doors that are placed just outside in between the seat gaps where the sims walk into, that needs looking into. those doors stop being itneractive until i have to go into build mode to move the door or move the wall back one and door with it so it can function all the time reliably.

Sims need to stop walking into the spa in a bad or tense mood all the time, the same with the spa staff, which more often than not in a tense, sad or angry mood perform really bad when you'd expect sims to have a really positive experience.

sometimes the massage stones don't show up on stone massage.

when finishing in a bathtub in the facility, the sim jumps back into everyday outfit instead of dressing back into the towel or robe they were wearing, meaning a trip back to the locker.

should these issues above get resolved i'd like to see a number of other spa items make it in rather than just a bed to lay on, i'd like to see sims in a seated contraption getting massaged that way, and i'd like to see more than just the upper back being massaged all the time. there are more than just the muscles around the arms and lower shoulder blades.

That's just spa items and other bits and pieces.

I just want them to make the babies in Sims 4 act like the ones in FreePlay. Seriously, that's all I want. I played FreePlay for years before I got Sims 4, and the only thing that's made me look back and feel like that was in any way a bad decision, was how bad the Sims 4 babies are.
