I haven't had any issues with For Rent or Business & Hobbies. I've been playing both since release in a save that dates back over ten years. I take backups with every update and use no mods (or CC). I guess it's possible I got lucky with this, but also the bugs do not affect everyone. I understand people being wary especially with older saves... I would be too if I hadn't jumped right in. Let's pray my game stays on the safe side lol.
