@wickichick I play Sims 3 on a Windows 10 computer in Windows 7 compatibility mode. Not everyone has to do that, but when I switched to that, Sims 3 started running like an absolute dream. Oddly, less lag than Sims 4. It's weird, the difference in lag between the two -- with Sims 3, if a character gets stuck, everything stops for a second (overwatch can be set to fix it), including the clock. In Sims 4, the sims just stand around doing nothing at all, with the clock still running, or they ignore new commands and cancelations. I prefer the occasional and very fixable lag in Sims 3. When I played it in Windows 10 mode, though, I did have a few more problems.
